GEOGRAPHYThe Bolivian Republic is located in the heart of South America, between the 57° 26' and 69° 38' of western longitude of the meridian of Greenwich and the parallel 9° 38' and 22° 53' of south latitude, including more than 13 geographical degrees. It borders in the northern part and North-East with Brazil, to the northwest with Peru, to the southeast with Paraguay, in the southern part with Argentina and in the western part and Southwest with Chile. In the valleys, a moderate and dry average temperature of 15C ° (50°F) and an altitude that goes from the 1,000 to 3,000 meters over the sea level. In the Altiplano or high plateau cold with an average temperature of 10°C (40°F) and an average altitude of 3500 m.o.s.l. For its biodiversity, 65% of the territory is plains, 15% valleys and 20% altiplano.
