Tomarapi is located approximately 4 hours from the city of La Paz in the Sajama National Park, It’s a model of community tourism management, where 26 members of the Aymara community members have developed a quality tourism venture, an eco lodge that offers the lodging, food and local guide services, the comfort of their rooms with hot water, private bathroom and heating, plus a special menu based on alpaca meat and a varied menu for vegetarians that make the difference. Tomarapi and Millenarian have developed an alliance since the start of the venture in 2003 and together, they promote the Sajama National Park.
